Data Retention & Deletion

What we keep

• Conversations: until you delete them (or disable history, in which case they are not saved).

• Files: until you delete them.

• Memories: only ones you explicitly approve, until you delete them.

• Usage counters: daily aggregates used for plan enforcement.

• Account record: until you request deletion.

How to delete

• Chats, files and memories: delete individually in the app.

• Account: request deletion in Settings → Security.

Limitations

Backups and logs may retain residual copies for a limited period before rotation. We do not keep content you deleted available to other users or administrators.
