ZeeGPT AI offers a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your order date, including a subscription renewal order. This applies to monthly and yearly Pro purchases. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

For current partner purchases, contact the official partner who collected your payment with your account email, purchase date and payment reference. You may also contact zeegptai@gmail.com for help and dispute escalation. Never send your password. Refunds for historical purchases follow the original payment provider's applicable process.

Processing

The partner who collected payment handles approved refunds through the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the partner and their payment service; we do not promise an unverified processing deadline.

Cancellation and access

Cancellation ends Pro access immediately. Partner activations do not automatically renew. Cancellation alone does not request a refund: use the request process above. A refunded Pro purchase ends the paid entitlement associated with that purchase.
