Seller and data controller

ZeeGPT AI, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, operates ZeeGpt AI and is the data controller for personal data processed to operate the service. Contact zeegptai@gmail.com for privacy requests.

Personal data and purposes

• Account details, including email, display name and authentication information: creating and securing accounts and providing access.

• Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, generated content, approved memories and preferences: delivering AI responses and saved workspace features you choose to use.

• Usage counters, device and connection information, IP addresses and diagnostic logs: enforcing plan limits, troubleshooting, maintaining reliability, and preventing fraud and security abuse.

• Support messages: answering requests and resolving account or service issues.

• Plan, partner activation and invoice records: managing membership access and reconciling partner billing. Your selling partner processes the payment details you give them.

Legal basis

We process account, content and subscription information to perform our contract with you; security, essential diagnostics and support information for our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service; information required for legal compliance to meet legal obligations; and optional consent-based processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

AI processing and sharing

Prompts and relevant content are sent through our AI service providers to generate responses. Hosting, storage, authentication and support providers process information necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your conversations or use them for advertising. Provider processing is not a promise that no third party receives data or that every provider has identical training policies.

Current Pro purchases are arranged with approved country partners. Partners collect payment outside ZeeGpt and send one-time activation links. Your selling partner can see your account email and membership activation status, but cannot access your chats, files, password or profile. Necessary payment information is handled by the partner and the payment service they use under their applicable notices. Historical payment-provider records may be retained for previous purchases and legal accounting obligations.

We may share necessary information with professional legal or accounting advisers and with authorities when required by applicable law.

Retention

Saved conversations, files and approved memories remain until you delete them or request account deletion. Account information is retained while your account is active. Usage records, diagnostics and support records are retained only as needed for security, resolving requests and operating the service. Billing-related records may be retained longer where required by law or to resolve disputes. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised; residual backup copies may remain until backup rotation.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent data protection authority. Use the account's privacy controls or email zeegptai@gmail.com. We verify requests before disclosing data. Where GDPR applies, we respond within one month unless a lawful extension applies.

Security and international transfers

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, authenticated access and owner-scoped access controls. Authorised administrators may access account content (such as chats and files) only for user support, safety or abuse investigations, billing disputes or legal obligations. Each access requires password re-confirmation and a stated reason, and is permanently recorded in an audit log. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models. Payment receipts you upload are stored privately and viewed only to confirm payments. No system is perfectly secure. Providers may process data outside your country. Where UK or EEA transfer rules apply, applicable safeguards include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, as appropriate.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, session security, preferences and checkout. This notice does not authorise optional analytics or marketing cookies: if introduced, they require notice and consent where applicable. You can manage cookies through browser settings, but blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout.
