Seller and acceptance

You are contracting with ZeeGPT AI, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, for access to ZeeGpt AI. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority to bind any organisation you represent.

The service and your account

The service provides AI conversations and workspace tools under Free and Pro plans. Features and limits are described on the Pricing page. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, exploitation, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, intellectual property infringement or violations of others' privacy. Do not introduce malware, probe security, scrape without authorisation, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass safeguards, access controls or plan limits. Do not use the service to create illegal content or facilitate harm.

Intellectual property and user content

ZeeGPT AI and its licensors retain ownership of the service's software, documentation, branding and other intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan; no ownership of the service is transferred.

You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it to provide the service. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of generated outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for protection. You must have rights to your inputs and verify that your use of outputs does not infringe others' rights.

Rights holders may report infringement to zeegptai@gmail.com, identifying the work and disputed content. We may remove or restrict content and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

AI limitations and moderation

You are responsible for your prompts, checking outputs for accuracy and suitability, and how you use generated content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and are not a substitute for regulated medical, legal, financial or other professional advice without qualified oversight. Open Conversation does not remove applicable law or model safeguards. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts for misuse.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided as available, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Payments and subscriptions

Current Pro purchases are made through approved country partners. Partners set their customer prices in their assigned currency and collect payment directly. Confirm the price, payment method and purchase terms with the listed partner before paying. ZeeGpt does not collect card payments on the country partner page.

After payment, your partner sends a one-time link that you confirm while signed in to your own ZeeGpt account. Monthly activation grants 30 days and yearly activation grants 365 days. These partner activations do not automatically renew. Partners may cancel memberships they activated, ending Pro immediately; cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Contact the selling partner or support for billing disputes. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Previous purchases remain subject to their original applicable billing terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where practical and safe, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue. You may request account deletion using the account controls or contact support. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Notice and legal retention obligations.

Consumer rights and contact
